AGA LINNELL

Ms. Linnell brings over two decades of domestic and international experience specializing within the corporate Treasury space for many of the world’s leading multinational corporations. Among those corporations, BlackRock, Ameriprise Financial, UnitedHealth Group, and Fair Isaac are a few for whom she has contributed to their growth and developed her knowledge base. 

Aga Linnell is a proven author of many innovative business concepts within the Treasury field. She moved forward founding Gilded Capital Group, a breakout firm specialized in the field of corporate treasury and risk management. She has led her team to manage many complex technologies and optimization initiatives for her clients and industry professionals alike. Gilded Capital Group’s experienced network of strategic partners is dedicated to concise and comprehensive support for its clients and services for which it provides. Aga prides herself and her firm in its ability to cultivate lasting relationships with varying strategic business and banking partners. She and her team have set a standard and reputation for keeping clients at the forefront of innovation and educational initiatives within the industry. Gilded Capital Group has pivoted itself as a trusted advisor for integrating and implementing integral and longstanding experience within corporate America. 

Her experiences and the corporate positioning of Gilded Capital Group as a trusted advisor has produced optimizing and transforming results for once inefficient processes for small and large institutions, non-profits, government agencies, family offices, and corporations worldwide while delivering realistic and value-added returns on each of their investments. The ability to execute projects and utilize resources and funds with maximum efficiency and transparency is what led Ms. Linnell and Gilded Capital Group to the altruistic step of founding ALISTER Incorporated. Solution is needed for today's educational environment. Developing and providing solution gave rise to a vision and answer for education and the challenges of learning by bringing together experts, leaders, and specialists who provide a holistic and impactful approach addressing k 12 education for today’s students, educators, and administrators alike. 

Ms. Linnell is also the Founder and Principal of Gilded Capital Group, LLC, at the forefront of cash, liquidity, and risk management advisory. 

 

FOUNDER, CHIEF ACADEMIC OFFICER 

EUGENE BROWN

Eugene Brown brings over three decades of experience serving the Essex County Public School system as both Principal and Vice-Principal. He has been trained and mentored by some of the country’s most regarded educators including Dr. Robert Marzano and Charlotte Danielson. 

Shortly after completing his tenure Mr. Brown founded Destiny Consulting Group. A New Jersey State-based consulting group that specializes in identifying highly effective educators and administrators and pairing their individual talents and skills with the specific needs of each varying school district. At the helm of Destiny Consulting Group, Mr. Brown works closely with superintendents, administrators, teachers, and educational staff across the country to further develop their personal skills and continuing educational development. He is a featured contributor at many Educational Conferences conducting breakout sessions with educators while continuing his dedicated work with the Center for Teacher Effectiveness. Mr. Brown diligently continues to work and serve the New Jersey educational system by conducting multi-tiered evaluations and in-depth coaching initiatives on behalf of many of the teachers tasked with educating in Jersey City. 

Mr. Brown continues to serve as a Master Coder for Educational Testing Services (ETS) in Princeton, New Jersey where he has effectively deployed the Charlotte Danielson’s Framework for Teaching Evaluation Instrument and has continued to provide support to observer training and assessments. As a Professional Learning Specialist for Teachscape, he facilitates multiple training sessions for their online teacher evaluation platform. Serving as a Candidate Support Provider for the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. He continually utilizes a pragmatic approach to knowledge growth, skill-building, and tools assessment to successfully support teacher candidates and educators during their National Board Certification® process. 

Today Mr. Brown lends his depth of wisdom, joy for learning, and expertise in education to serve students and educators alike in communities across the country by bringing ALISTER to the forefront of education and the learning experience while providing students. Educators, and parents with solutions to the challenges of today’s educational learning needs. 

Mr. Brown is also President of Destiny Consultants, providing educational administration advisory and professional educator coaching services. 

 

CO-FOUNDING PARTNER, CHIEF COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL ADVISOR 

KATHERINE M. SIKORA NELSON 

Ms. Nelson is a senior executive, transformational leader, an expert in regulatory risk, corporate governance, risk management, conflict of interest, due diligence, vendor oversight, and a compliance counsel with a focus on innovation and FinTech. 

Ms. Nelson has a distinguished industry tenure, bringing over two decades of domestic and international experience with global financial institutions, including the Bank of New York Mellon, Citigroup, KPMG LLP, and Fidelity Investments. Most recently, Ms. Nelson has been serving as Strategic Advisor with Boston RegTech Meetup, and as a Principal with KonFIL LLC, a regulatory consultancy, serving a community of FinTech and RegTech start-up entrepreneurs. She is a solution-maker, counsel with a proven track record of implementing complex regulatory reforms, remediating deficiencies, and designing operational strategies to foster business innovation and transformation. 

Ms. Nelson has been an active member of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) and remains a frequent speaker at international conferences. She served as a Director of the Boston Committee on Foreign Relations, and as the Senior Chair of the International Law Section at the Boston Bar Association. Ms. Nelson also dedicated over fifteen years to serve as an executive member of the Advancement Council at The Fletcher School of Law, with a focus on higher education and fund-raising efforts to benefit students’ tuition affordability and merit scholarships. 

Ms. Nelson is guiding ALISTER to efficiently navigate and manage regulatory, legal and compliance risk, and managing relationships with ALISTER’s outside counsel. In addition, since the inception of ALISTER, she has been providing oversight and direction for the organizational legal structure and governance, including legal and compliance aspects of ALISTER’s capital raise and investor relationships, as well as vendor and client onboarding process. 

Ms. Nelson holds LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from The Boston University School of Law, Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, Master of Arts in International Relations from The University of Notre Dame, and Master of Laws degree from The Jagiellonian University School of Law.

STEVEN FITZGIBBONS 

Steven Fitzgibbons is a senior sales executive, skillful at delivering technology-driven transformational business outcomes and leading challenger-oriented educational software sales teams in complex enterprise sales environments. Guiding clients through their organizational transformation. Affecting change through cutting-edge process automation, he enhances the way his clients service their customers by developing lasting business capabilities. He cultivates successful performance-based platform virtues that include virtual learning student data/statistics, produces solution-able feature/benefit values, while assisting educational administrators with their solution acquisition (purchasing) cycle process. 

With a lifetime of Customer Service, Corporate Sales, and Project Management experience, Mr. Fitzgibbons has been guiding organizations like Oracle and EMC Corporation across the public, private, and social sectors. Continually showcasing verifiable results while managing complex cycles across multiple industry verticals (Retail, Healthcare, Public Sector, Financial Services) and market segments (Enterprise, Commercial, Mid-market/SMB). 

Posturing extensive strategic sales leadership experience and generating high brand value early with disruptive process technology closing results. He excels at accelerating sales cycles and keeping customer satisfaction/customer experience levels high, adding immediate business value to each customer engagement. 

Mr. Fitzgibbons's primary role at ALISTER is to implement the overall platform virtues that encompass virtual learning student data/statistics; introduce the solution feature/benefit values and guide educational administrators and the institutions they govern through the solution acquisition (purchasing) cycle processes. 

Mr. Fitzgibbons is also the Founder and Principal of The Equitive Group, Inc., which helps organizations create their vision of value change through customer service, corporate sales, and project management. 

 

CO-FOUNDING PARTNER, INSTITUTIONAL LIAISON

COURTNEY CHANNING WALL 

Courtney Channing Wall was invited to share in the vision of ALISTER. He immediately understood the educational need and clearly saw the many solutions ALISTER provides. Courtney brings a depth of entrepreneurial spirit to this company. At the young age of twelve with a thirst for learning and fiscal understanding, he became the youngest active trader on the NYSE by © 1989. Mr. Wall topped the list of “Who’s Who in America” © 1993 at the age of sixteen as one of America’s Youngest Traders. Such mention garnered the attention of Adjunct Professor, Ms. Leslie DeGeneste, and the State of New Jersey’s Middlesex College. 

In 1996 Middlesex College adopted to its Junior Learning Summer Institute, a fiscal education and financial markets curriculum, developed and authored by Mr. Wall for children titled, “Economics: America’s Youth”. A six-week curriculum focused on financial markets literacy and money education which partnered with the NYSE, London Stock Exchange, and the NASDAQ, and was taught each summer through the year of 2001. 

A yearning for a greater responsibility in life, and a desire to serve, he enlisted in the US NAVY. It is during his years of enlisted service within the US Naval Special Warfare community, he developed the understanding and importance of ”attention to detail” which has carried into his civilian life. 

After service to his Country and a robust career in Fashion, Courtney secured a position on Wall Street. He saw a need within the financial markets for products which promoted growth and transparency for niche sectors such as Biotech and small-Pharma. As a newly licensed Account Executive at E1 Asset Management, he developed and executed a systematic trading strategy utilizing derivatives and CDOs to leverage the market positions of biotech and pharma companies’ stocks being actively traded. This strategy fostered the financial growth and brand awareness of Identix Incorporated. The firm later grew in prominence for the global adoption of their retinal, fingerprint, ocular, and body imaging scanning technology, still in use today. 

Industry Monarch Internationale, Inc. was founded by Mr. Wall shortly after the financial crisis of 2008. Soon, the firm found its lines ringing with a need for solutions to the issues of corporate, government, municipal, and private entity challenges. 

Acute mastery of brand initiatives, development and implementation, strategies deployment, and market understanding has been the cardinal approach of Industry Monarch Internationale, Inc., coupled with transparency and innovative creativity to ensure its clients’ vision and provision of long-lasting impact. 

Clients look to Mr. Wall for his creative and pioneering approach where customary process falls short of meeting their goals. From individual client coaching, project scoping, onsite meetings, and examining and identifying evolving and unique needs/challenges to directly addressing the issue. Mr. Wall always ensures best practices of execution, industry standards, and competitor analysis to properly provide a client and their team with gilded direction. 

Mr. Wall's role will be to maintain information continuity as it pertains to the development and pilot phases of ALISTER, aid in employee development and external relations policies management, supporting government and municipal initiatives, and serving as a liaison to all stakeholders as appropriate.
